2025 Nominations
OMMC Award of Excellence
- This category celebrates individuals who made throughout their career an outstanding contribution to the organization, the museum sector or Canadian military history in general;
- An individual who is nominated for this category must be OMMC member in good standing;
- This is a one-time award; previous recipients cannot be nominated a second time.
OMMC Award for Projects
- This award is for projects conducted within the membership during a calendar year and can be awarded to an individual or a team of professionals who worked on the nominated project;
- The projects nominated for this category must be conducted by members, but they can include partnerships between a member organization and a non-member organization;
- The projects nominated for this category may be in the area of museum exhibitions, collections, restoration or public programming, or museum management.

The Award of Excellence: Anne Lindsay, for her exemplary work on the OMMC Board as a member at large, Vice President, and President.
The Award for Projects: The Chinese Canadian Museum the Soldier for all Seasons exhibit .
Award for Projects Honorable Mention: Edward Osborne for a program of computer gaming to re-live Second World War engagements of Canadian units at the Military Museums of Calgary.

Award of Excellence: Bradley Froggatt - for his work within OMMC as Secretary;
Award for Projects: Ken Turpin, CD Director Indian Head Museum: Exhibit in Partnership with 691 Hawk Squadron;

Award of Excellence: Dale Watts.
Award for Projects: “Shell Shocked” travelling exhibition by Ada Chan and Florence Regimbold-Roy at the Canadian Centre for the Great War;
Projects Honourable Mentions: “Camp Hughs: Prelude to Victory” documentary produced by 47 Films under the Service Battalion Senate c/o Dale Watts;
